Introduction

Q-Solution Ltd is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and ensuring that its supply chains are free from modern slavery. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery or human trafficking, consistent with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

About Q Solution Ltd

Q-Solution Ltd is a privately owned SME offering unique, responsive, cloud-based services to the UK Public Sector. We are fully accredited and have built a strong reputation for scalable, robust, and flexible solutions.

Our management team consists of two directors.

Our supply chain

Our supply chains are limited and we procure goods and services from a restricted range of suppliers and include Legal, Finance, Marketing and HR services. We have reviewed the risks that these supply chains can present and whilst we consider our exposure to modern slavery to be limited, we expect our suppliers and contractors to demonstrate a zero tolerance approach to exploitation.

We expect all our suppliers and contractors to demonstrate a zero-tolerance approach to any form of exploitation. We engage only with those who confirm their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. This is monitored through:

  • Annual supplier reviews, as part of our ISMS
  • Confirmation of anti-slavery compliance during procurement
  • Maintenance of an Approved Supplier List

Where relevant, suppliers are asked to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct and complete compliance declarations.

Our people

We are an equal-opportunities employer, and committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for all our employees.

Our recruitment process ensures that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and we safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion once in our employment.

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

Policies and Training

We maintain the following relevant policies which are accessible to all employees and are reviewed annually:

  • Conduct and Standards Policy
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Harassment and Bullying Policy
  • Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy

This statement has been approved by the Managing Director and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. This statement will be reviewed and updated annually.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, suppliers, and third parties to report any concerns about potential slavery or human trafficking via our confidential Whistleblowing Policy. Reports can be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation.

Monitoring and Effectiveness

We assess the effectiveness of our approach through:

  • The number of supplier reviews conducted annually
  • Any reported concerns or incidents (to date, none)
  • Annual review of our policies and procedures
