Cross Party Integration Testing

Working within an environment of multiple suppliers, contracts, processes, procedures and environments often leads to undefined or grey areas of supplier responsibilities regarding end to end business systems integration testing (SIT). In many cases, the role of Systems Integrator (SI) is simply ignored, with the business(s) citing the commercial and logistical complexity as the reason for this lack of capability.

As a client side independent service, we are in a unique position to ensure that software delivered by varying suppliers and through differing delivery vehicles can be integrated to meet the overall end to end business process and therefore, ultimately, the overall clients requirements.
